Players and staff reported to the Guaycura Stadium to begin work for their fourth tournament in the Expansion League.
Club Atlético La Paz has already reported to officially start the pre-season for the Clausura 2024 tournament of the Expansion League.
The "Paceños" returned to work headed by the physical preparation and medical staff, beginning with the tests and physical exams that are carried out before the beginning of each tournament.
Yamet Pérez, physical trainer of the Paceño team, shared that in the first phase of work they will be doing physical reconditioning to strengthen the structural and metabolic pillars to support the beginning of the charges.
"As we mentioned in the first point, we attend to the structural needs (their body and muscle mass) and metabolic needs (an aerobic base) to then worry about the high part of that structure which is the power, the speed and so, they can resist great efforts".
In the next few days, the club will share information about the arrival of our new staff, more details about the preseason and the team's reinforcements for the Clausura 2024.
