The team from La Paz had a protocol act in front of the media where Raúl Rico gave his first words as coach of Club Atlético La Paz.
Samuel Hernandez, president of Club Atletico La Paz presented to the media and the fans the coach who will lead the "Aurinegros" in the Clausura 2024 tournament of the Expansion League: Raul Rico Ramirez. At the event, Samuel made a symbolic presentation of the clothing with which Raúl will represent the colors of the "Paceños"
The club's president affirmed that the objective in this tournament is to continue getting better compared to the previous one. "We are competing with institutions that have all the baggage, that have years of history and, we know that we are building it. We are happy with this city and the support we have received, and in that same sense, we are committed to bringing them happiness".
Raúl Rico shared his vision of what he is looking for from his team: "The idea is to be a very organized team, but very intense. That is the mystique of this team. There is excellent quality in the players and we have to try to return that confience that led them to be the best team for many days".
The new Aurinegro coach recognized his desire to give back to the fans for the support they have always shown: "I am very happy and excited about the start of the tournament. I want to give happiness to all the fans. We want to give them those emotions every game and we want them to enjoy every moment as much as we do so that this team can be as high as possible"
At the press conference, Samuel Hernández shared that pre-season games are already planned, including a game against Chivas' first team in Guadalajara city.
